Come along to this friendly and relaxing session to learn how you can use mindfulness and other techniques to improve your mental wellbeing and resilience. A trained practitioner will lead the group through relaxation techniques from 12-1 and then we’ll have a general chat over a cuppa from 1-2.
There is no need to book, just turn up!
Due to the nature of this group, where meditation is a key feature, children are not to attend.
This venue is fully accessible. There is a car park next to the building. This meeting is held in the smaller meeting room, to the right as you come into the building.
Hot drinks and snacks will be served. You are very welcome to bring your lunch.
