About

We cater for all levels and all types of disability: Physical disability, sensory disability and learning disability.
If you have any special needs we have a wide range of equipment and experienced helpers who can provide tuition or practical help.


Sessions are currently on a Sunday afternoon from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm in the hall ( This includes setting up and putting away time) and 2.00 to 3.50 in the pool. Sessions must be booked and paid for electronically.

Swimming, run by the leisure centre, is also now available on a Tuesday afternoon at 3.00 pm to 3.50 pm in the studio pool. The depth is currently set at 1.4 metres, which seems to be the ideal depth for most of our members..

Archery and Crossbow are currently on Thursday from 12 noon until 2.30 pm
